There is no excuse for not bringing a little spring into the house; it's as easy as going outside and cutting a few branches. Now, (in the Northeast) the buds are bursting forth in all forms of flowering. They look terrific simply cut and put into a glass vase or an interesting container. You don't have to run out and buy a big bouquet in celebration of the season.

Amongst other flowers or standing alone, no matter ~ the beauty and simplicity does not compete. As a matter of fact, they don't even have to be flowering. Think of the beauty in the shape of the leaves or the gracefulness of bare branches.
